If you order before 3pm we will endeavour to ship same day. After 3pm we will ship next day.

How do we ship?

For UK mainland we will use Royal Mail 1st class for parcels under 2kg and UPS over 2kg. We find both services reliable and it is not uncommon for your parcel to arrive 1/2 days of ordering.

What do we charge?

For most orders there is a flat shipping fee of £4.75 (Heat presses and heavier items are charged at £10.75)

If you want to double check shipping costs before finalising your order, just pop the items in your cart and the website will calculate this for you. (You do not have to complete the order, if the cost is higher than you expected.)
