Your carefully packed order should be with you within a day or two, with a flat delivery fee of just £4.99! Even large orders weighing up to 30kg will still fall into this super low flat rate.

Spend over £100 and we’ll pay your delivery charges! (Mainland only)

Same Day Dispatch if you order before 1.00 p.m. (Weekdays)

Monday-Friday: Your order will be shipped the same day. The daily order cut-off is 1.00 p.m. Orders placed after 1.00 p.m. will be dispatched the next working day.

Saturday: Your parcel will be dispatched on the next working day.

Bank Holidays and Sundays: There are no UPS or Royal Mail collections from our distribution centre on Bank Holidays or Sundays, orders will be collected the next working day.

Shipping Methods:

Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail  either 24-hour tracked or Royal Mail 24

Total order value up to £29.99 will be sent by Royal Mail 24

Total Order value £30.00 or more will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 24

Free Shipping: If you select a Free shipping option your parcel will be sent by either Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 48.

‘BACK-ORDERS’

If a product is marked ‘Available on back-order‘ this indicates that whilst the product is not currently in stock, but we are expecting it to arrive soon. It may only be a day away, however at most the wait could be up to 2 weeks, please feel free to call us for an update if you wish.

If you have ordered multiple products in one order and one of them is ‘on backorder’ we will usually send them together. If you need the products urgently please call us and we will arrange to separate the order for you.
